The PrimeBatch team recently visited Mansfield PreMix to see their ZingoDos dry batching concrete plant from Simem Group in operation. Designed with one focus—high-quality concrete production—the ZingoDos is delivering exactly that for Mansfield PreMix.

Plant Overview

• 2 x 8m³ loading hoppers – each on load cells with digital output for loader operators, allowing fine and coarse aggregates to be loaded.

  • Feature highlight: one bin can be loaded while batching continues from the other.

• 3.5m³ cement weigh hopper – capable of receiving material from up to four silos.

• 1.5kW water pump – measured with induction flowmeter for accuracy.

• 1 to 6 admixtures – all flowmeter-controlled for precise dosing.

• Dust extraction system – captures materials at the loading bay and returns them to the next mix.

All operations are managed from a central operator cabin, with the plant’s MCC powered by Dorner Electronic GmbH batching software, ensuring consistent, reliable performance.

The BisonDry dry batching concrete plant brings together innovation, style, and practicality in a mobile, compact, and high-production design. Built to deliver efficiency without compromise, the BisonDry is engineered for versatility and performance in demanding environments.

Key Features

• 8m³ loading hopper – equipped with load cells and digital output for real-time feedback to the loader operator during aggregate and sand loading.

• 3.5m³ cement hopper – also on load cells, capable of receiving material from up to four silos.

• 1.5kW water pump – precisely measured by an induction flowmeter.

• Multiple admixtures – supports 1 to 6 admixtures, each managed with flowmeters for accurate dosing.

The plant also comes with an integrated air compressor and MCC, plus an 800mm inclined belt and 273mm screw conveyor feeding directly to the loading point.
