Tony is PrimeBatch’s lead Director, having oversight across all PrimeBatch’s business activities and future growth strategies.

He has been fortunate to work in many countries globally over the last 30 plus years. With 28 of those years working for one of the larger Caterpillar dealerships, where he learned the absolute value of customer support and the need to build effective business process and systems. Having started his working career as an Auto Electrician building busses, to now, he has experienced a lot and been privileged to meet many great people, a highlight being a 3-year stint living and working in North America.

Jason Holt (Holty) is passionate about driving culture.

Determined to support and drive the best people, services and specialist equipment across Australasia and the Pacific, Holty uses his background as a Mechanical Fitter and Turner to provide expertise across many broad areas of his businesses and can often be seen catching up with his staff on night shift – never afraid to get the boots dirty.

An accountant, Jason Smith (Smithy) takes care of the financials for the business. Driving operational efficiency and effectiveness through a commercial lens.

Smithy is passionate about giving back to the community, which is why he always ensures businesses he represents support local sporting and community groups. In his spare time, Jason often takes the boat out and enjoys the Whitsundays with his partner and children.

Scott McDermott (Scotty) is passionate about creating relationships with his teams across his businesses.

Scotty strives to constantly improve and expand on the Groups offerings, seeking out new opportunities and focusing on diversity and inclusion. Originally from the Snowy Mountains, Scotty has lived in Mackay for 17 years and is a dad to one son. He enjoys time on his farm, fishing and enjoying a relaxing beer with friends on the weekend.

Jon is the National Operations Manager for PrimeBatch. Jon is a passionate leader of people and projects and thrives on seeing a job well done with a satisfied customer. For the last 20 years, Jon, originally from Scotland, has been delivering projects across the UK, New Zealand, and Australia. He’s spent time in the nuclear, oil & gas, energy efficiency, and concrete sectors.

Jon loves the smell of freshly poured concrete, early in the morning, hence why Jon’s job is now making sure everything runs smoothly within PrimeBatch; from the delivery of new concrete batch plants, to the continued operation of existing assets, across Australia and PNG.

Jerry is the Business Development Manager for PrimeBatch Australia/PNG. He has been working in the Industrial sector for the past 15 years, with his main focal point and success in the Construction, Heavy Haulage and Mining Industries.

Jerry has an essential role, building strong relationships with new and existing clients. With a driven focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, Jerry expands our market reach, strengthening PrimeBatch’s position in this very vital industry.
